The Club organises regular rallies in the summer months.
Whatever the occasion, all-comers are welcome. Equally, at a model rally, all Citroëns are welcome.
- The National Rally usually takes place in July in the East Midlands
- The regional rallies take place around the country and in Ireland
- The model rallies happen annually at a selection of venues
- The local area meetings usually take place once a month, often at a pub – not for the beer of course, but for the easy parking and very good sandwiches
Please watch the events listing in the magazine and also the calendar on this website for updates and more details.
Here, Anna Burmajster (Editor of the Citroënian), takes Joe Judt (ex Editor) for a ride in his very precious and extremely valuable DS19 Decap. Anna is clearly enjoying herself in carefree fashion. Not so Joe.
The event was the 2005 DS Rally in Little Horwood which is held on the cricket field behind the Church. It is also close to the Shoulder of Mutton for fine food and ales.
This is the cricket pavilion where the social bit happens with music, barbecue, quiz and bar for the parents. The playground for the little ones is just to the right out of shot.
We are able to use the players’ changing rooms and showers for those hardy souls spending the weekend under canvas.
We don’t see troublemakers at our events because they don’t want to end up like this poor chap. The H vans are always well represented at all rallies.
Of course, the cars are the Stars of the Show. Where else would you see one of these in this condition? It’s a very early GS Break from 1973 and is a regular at our events.
Citroen UK supports all we do and will often turn up with some of their latest offerings and, of course, a convenient Sales Office.
