Finished in Cygnus White with the original and untouched Brown interior, this 1972 Citroën DS20/ 5 Pallas is an exceptionally original and rust-free example.
5-speed manual gearbox – quiet and smooth in all gears.
Original DY3-spec higher power engine, with top-end rebuild carried out during my ownership. Starts on the button, pulls well, runs quietly and never overheats. 2litre capacity with simple Weber carburettor with manual choke makes this the model to have.
Restored to a high standard because I am an F1 engineer by trade an so have an attention to detail. Many new parts fitted to the engine systems, most recently a full exhaust system.
Extremely original throughout, particularly the interior. The chassis remains in remarkable condition and has never been welded. Overall a very sympathetic restoration over the past 4 years striving to keep the original finish of all parts,.
This DS is a genuine, well-sorted example that is ready to be enjoyed immediately. One of the top four cars at the 2026 DS meet at Little Horwood.
