My daily driver for the past 17 years. Now has failed MOT with rust at the bottom sill joint at LH rear. I now live in The Highlands and my property does not have a garage in which I can do this type of repair.
Engine and gearbox good, despite 154,000 miles. Economy is consistently between 45 and 50 MPG.
The car has steel wheels, with four Michelin Cross Climates, having covered only 3,200 miles since fitting.
Includes a set of three Xantia estate roof bars that fit in the tracks on the roof.
Strut tops and pipes were replaced with genuine Citroen parts in 2018.
All spheres are fitted with Technosir charging valves.
Has the original radio-cassette and multi-CD player.
The offside rear door lower has some ripple-dents.
The paintwork is very poor (clearcoat mostly shedding).
The driver's seat is badly worn.
All electrics are working (although electric windows have an intermittent connection fault).
I will consider offers, but the lowest price that I will accept is around what I would get from a scrap buyer. Obviously, I would much prefer this car is made use of in one form or other within the Citroen community.
For sale. Spares or repair. Xantia series 2 SX estate 1999. 2.0 litre Hdi 110 BHP, Manual.
